Delivery Options:

Royal Mail Signed for 

(2-5 working days from dispatch. Free for orders over £50)


All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, once the payment has been cleared, using  your chosen delivery method. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday. All standard shipping orders are sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. 


To return an item please follow the steps below:


  • Fill in our Returns Form which we will email you

  • Return item with Returns Form within 28 days of receiving the form in original packaging unused and unworn

  • Send it to us using ‘Signed For’ or ‘Recorded’ delivery service


You are strongly advised to return via Registered Mail ‘Signed For’ Delivery for proof of dispatch and verify sufficient insurance cover. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you include all details on returns form.


Please note returns postage cannot be refunded except for damaged items.

Warranty and Repairs:


Every HUTKE piece purchased on our website is covered by a 6 month warranty subject to a valid proof of purchase. Within 6 months if your jewellery develops a fault and needs repairing or replacing, please contact us at to proceed.


Once we have received the products and assessed them, we will get back to you with further steps.


Please be advised that jewellery showing intentional damage may not be eligible for repair or replacement.




If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at within 14 days of receiving your jewellery explaining the reason for return. We will then email you a returns form and mailing instructions. 


Upon the receipt of your returned item, we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request. All refunds will be credited in the original method of purchase within 14 days of our receiving returned items. For an easy guide to making a return, please see steps below.


Please also note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


Faulty or damaged item:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days as we will not be able to process claims received after this period.
