Host a HUTKE jewellery party

At HUTKE, we not only offer handmade jewellery with a difference, we also offer different ways of trying on and buying our jewellery.  We would like to make the experience of buying HUTKE jewellery more interesting and fun. If you are a jewellery enthusiast and know your friends, colleagues and relatives would enjoy an evening of trying on beautiful jewellery in the comfort of your home, why not host a party with a difference, a "HUTKE Jewellery Party" All you have to do is invite some of your jewellery loving friends, provide some drinks and nibbles and we will take care of the rest. Don't forget as a thank you from us you will receive a personally commissioned piece of jewellery from our Limited Edition Necklace Collection absolutely free!  As an added bonus we would also like to offer you a 15% discount on any additional pieces of jewellery that you order and buy from our collection on the day. 

 

How it works:  

Once you let us know you would like to host an event, we agree a mutually convenient date and time which needs to be at least two weeks in advance. You will need to invite a minimum of 10 guests. The maximum number is up to you.  We will send you an email invite with all the information about the event which you can send out to your guests. We can also provide printed invites if preferred.

On the day, we will come to you an hour in advance to set up our jewellery as a beautiful display for you and your guests to enjoy and buy.  We will even bring you some bottles of bubbly to get the party started! Enjoy your time with your guests and we will be there to talk you through any questions about our limited edition 'Wearable Art' pieces.

Placing an order:

If you and your guests like any of the jewellery from our collection at the party, you may place an order with us at the event. Matching rings and other accessories may also be ordered subject to availability. We would need payment in full at the event as each piece is made to order and materials are sourced individually. Lead time on delivery is approximately 15-25 days. Some items may be available earlier or even at the event. Pieces of Jewellery from the 'One of a Kind' range are one off pieces and available to buy only at the event on the day. Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or bank transfer. Please let us know at the time of order how you would like your items to be delivered. We can either deliver them to the host free of cost or arrange for Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional charge of £8 for the entire order per person.
